Safety Travel

Many people believe that most countries mentioned in this blog are dangerous.

Trust me, they are not, but there are 2 main reasons why they are perceived this way:

  1. The media portraits them as actual war zones – It’s true, they only show us the bad stuff.
  2. There is little awareness – When there is little information about a country, people tend to present safety concerns.

On the one hand, you have countries like Syria, Iraq, Pakistan or Sudan. I won’t lie. These countries have dangerous areas but, at the same time, they have really safe areas. As a traveler, you will only go to the safe ones.

On the other hand, you have countries like Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Oman or Iran. The fact is that I have received hundreds of emails from travelers asking me about the security situation in there, and they don’t believe me when I tell them that those countries are actually safer than Europe, no kidding.

Of course, it’s more complicated than that, and the following articles present an in-depth analysis of the security situation in each country, specifying which areas are safe, as well as safety tips and everything you need to know about safety. You will also find tips related to how to find the right travel insurance, depending on the destination you are traveling to.
